Age: 18 to 22 yrs

Qualification: Graduate, preferably with HR Diploma

Job Profile: Only freshers with focus on career building in HR need apply, as she will be inducted as 'Trainee'. Ultimately she will be a member of our core team of HR co-ordinators to render all aspects of total Recruitment Process - a qualitative service we provide to all discerning foreign clients operating in Engineering and Construction Industry Sector.

Only quick learner with high initiative, and commitment are needed, who will be put on the job training to progress in HR career. This process would involve:

- Understanding manpower requirements.

- Preparation of JD and translating the same into effective AD campaign

- Posting jobs on various Job Portals

- Submission of screened CVs to various clients and follow-up

- Organizing Interviews of short-listed candidates

- Follow-up after selection of candidates

- Regular interactions with overseas clients and candidates, etc

- Logistic support viz. visa, immigration,medical exam and ticketing including travel plan.
